Founder/President
Luceanna Moore, currently resides in Somerset, New Jersey along with her husband Kerlis and her four children. Luceanna was born in Croix-des Bouquette, Haiti and moved to New Jersey in 1974. Luceanna’s mother fled Haiti in 1971, desperately seeking a better life for her and her five children. Today, Luceanna is a proud graduate of Union County College and majored in Medical Laboratory Technology. Despite her background in Medical Technology her passion is to help innocent children in her home country.
Treasurer
Khaleef Crumbley currently serves as Treasurer for OASIS. Khaleef achieved his B.A. and M.A. from Rutgers University in Economics with specialized work in Non-Profit accounting. He currently works in higher education managing government, non-profit, and corporate grants. He also founded KNS Financial, LLC, which focuses on tax preparation, debt management, and financial planning. Khaleef’s desire is to be known first as a follower of Jesus Christ, and for him, OASIS is a ministry that allows him to show the love of Christ to those in need.
